Always read the plaques

This is just the sort of spot we like to stop at when we travel, no matter which country. This one is only a few hours from home. Our schedule usually has us driving straight past and saying, “One day we’ll stop there for lunch”. This week we finally did and had the whole area to ourselves. And we read the plaques and learnt a little bit of local history.

  1. Wow, that’s great. I didn’t think many people would even know where it was and certainly didn’t think there’d be any connection. I just liked the story. Great that you connected with it.

Thanks for travelling with us. We'd love to hear what you think.
