Not off to a flying start!

Epic customer service FAIL from Virgin!

OK, so they cancelled our direct flights, changing 2 flights to 4. What can you do? You just have to accept that. But when I got the “travel reminder” for our outward flights it only had the 2nd flight. Luckily I decided to check, despite multiple emails confirming all flights. Somehow Virgin managed to “lose” 3 legs of our trip.

A lengthy phone call with an extended period on hold while “I try to sort this out” was followed by an email confirmation of the flights that had already been confirmed multiple times.

I wonder why I’m not reassured.
